Stayed one night this time, had stayed once before about 4 years ago. Under new managment and the people were great. As stated by others, the owner helps you to your site and either guides you in or backs you into you site. Very friendly. Adequate store and just a really well run campground. Cable was great, WiFi was fast and alway on. I will stay here again when passing thru. Real nice campground.
This is by far the best KOA I have ever stayed in. My wife and I were there for 32 days and paid the extended stay rate. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant (except the Taco bar on Wednesday). Seems the Pennsylvania Dutch don't really know what a Taco bar should be like. The toilets, showers and Laundry rooms were the cleanest I have ever come across in a Campground. I highly recommend this park for any one to visit.
Never again, except to just stop for the night when nothing else is available. There was a 50 amp receptical, but did not work. Had to settle for 30. No pull thru sites that I saw, had to disconnect the car and back into a site. No one around to talk to, just left the money in an envelope and went on my way. I will drive a few extra miles before staying here again.
Excellent quite park. This is our second year we spent here. Nice park, activities for the adults. Park is next to a river, (Little Manatee River) also has a pond in the center of the park. Park attendant is extremely helpful, and a really nice person to deal with. I will be back here for sure...
Stayed for month of Jan. Staff was/is very friendly and helpful. I will stay again. I found no Wi-Fi while there, however was offered cable for TV. Plan to visit again in 2009
Stopped here before, and it has changed. New managment. Now they do not accept Passport America. Too bad, will probably not stay here again, it isn't worth it at this price. Sites are too small and not level mostly.
